If you don’t have a PayPal account, you may use your Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Discover card - just follow the instructions when you check out. You can also email me your order and pay by check.

Because most Halcyon Designs jewelry pieces are one-of-a-kind, this site will change very often as a new design is added or an existing piece has been sold. So, if you see something you like, grab it while you can and be sure to check back regularly!

Shipping Information
Priority Mail to U.S. addresses only (no P.O. Boxes). Shipping and handling fees are based on the total amount of your order and are calculated when you check out (see chart below). If you wish to make alternate arrangements for shipping (Federal Express, UPS, 1-day service, etc.), contact me. Additional charges may apply.

Sales Tax
Sales tax of 6.875% will be charged to Minnesota residents. Sales tax will be calculated when you check out.
Returns and Exchanges
Halcyon Designs jewelry may be exchanged for credit only, within 30 days of purchase, and should be returned unworn. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Sale items, custom orders, or items that have been adjusted are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Repairs
Halcyon Designs jewelry is made to last (see Caring for Your Jewelry), but occasionally something breaks. If you have a problem, contact me and I will make arrangements to repair the item free of charge. (You pay for shipping the item to me.) I cannot be responsible for items shipped to me uninsured.
If something breaks, please try to gather all the pieces to send back. Because most of my designs are unique, I may not have the beads to repair your jewelry. In that case, you may select another design to replace the broken item.
